Distinctive Properties

Glue Free – No Glue Residue :

The adhesive layer of our surface protection films is manufactured by coextrusion and hence is a permanent part of the film, in contrast to conventional protection films with adhesive coating. Thanks to this unique property, undesirable glue residues on the substrate are completely eliminated when the protection film is removed.

Varying level of adhesion :

Thanks to our specially curated formulations, we can adjust adhesion strength values and mechanical durability of protection films to individual applications. Our films are suitable for smooth, structured & textured surfaces as well as for all types of substrate materials (films, sheets, plastic profiles, metal surfaces, painted surfaces, stones laminates etc.).

High level of customisation & shorter lead time :

We can offer films in widths of up to 2200mm with different microns and length as per our customers request. We can also offer UV Protection for up to 6 months for outdoor applications along with different colour options like black & white, blue & transparent. Thanks to the single-stage manufacturing process and no requirement of post curing, delivery times are much shorter.

Due to our economic manufacturing process we are able to offer our customers protective films with outstanding price-performance ratios.

Lower impact on the environment :

As there is no need for secondary coating and drying process, our films consume much less energy and resources for production. VOC’s emissions are also greatly reduced as no solvent/rubber adhesives are used in production.
