We offer Water Soluble PVA Films primarily used for demoulding engineered stone (Quartz Surfaces) and acrylic solid surfaces.
PVA Films act as releasing agents between rubber mould and unsaturated polyester resins helping achieve increased productivity, lower defects & overall better performance.
Due to their inherent physical properties like high degree of softness and good tensile strength, they can perfectly stick and take the shape of the moulds and demoulded with great ease. Thanks to their water soluble properties, disposing them off post application is very easy.

• It offers heat resistance of up to 190*C and easy moulding and demoulding performance thanks to its smoothness and flexibility.
• Its water soluble properties ensure the release film can be removed from the cured slab by just using water.
• Post usage, the film can be easily disposed off by dissolving it in water which ensures there is no left over residue meaning it is highly environmental friendly.
